Dee-lish

Dee-lish, at 0:18.

Hanging out with my sister and trying a new concoction.  Base recipe found here.

1 cup double-strong decaf coffee.  'Cause it's 6pm, yo.
3/4 cup coconut milk from a can
3 tablespoons raw sugar
1/2 teaspoon maple nut flavoring, because I was out of vanilla AND almond.  Verdict:  exquisite
pinch of xanthan gum to prevent seperation
1 cup ice, because I doubled the recipe and I couldn't fit 3 cups of liquid and 4 cups of ice in my blender

Blend, pour, enjoy.

Ooooooh, enjoy.

  3. Hi Krista, I am also here on your blog 'cause I saw your post on Mothering.com about suffering from Adrenal Fatigue. I have been dealing with Adrenal Fatigue myself & I have really learned alot about it recently and thought I could share some of what I now know with you. I've been to 4 different naturopaths before I found one who really knew how to seriously deal with it & help me heal from it all the way. The saliva test is super important....available online....also the Adrenal Fatigue book by Dr. Wilson is really helpful in explaining it all. I just started taking Adrenal Glandular support which has really taken the edge of the nerves part. Anyway please reach out if you'd like support....I can tell you everything my doc. has told me (she is awesome) and I can tell you about the systems I've had to invent here at home to survive this craziness. My email is myndyk@myluckyband. Reach out sister and don't worry.....it's going to get better & you will be able to get back to balance. I promise.
